Rooms at the Meeting House are available for hire at the charges below.

We offer:

• Staff presence to provide security and support for all users of the building
• Fairtrade tea/coffee available to all users and other catering by arrangement

Room hire charges from 1 January to 31 December 2012

This year we are offering a 20% discount on the above prices on Mondays and Fridays

• We are normally open for bookings 08:45 to 21:45 Mon - Thu and 08:45 to 17:00 Fri and Sat.
• A session is a morning, afternoon or evening (max 4 hours)
• Additional hours are charged at an hourly rate of one third of the session rate
• Short bookings may be available at an hourly rate of one half of the session rate
• Groups requiring refreshments may either purchase from us (tea/coffee 60p per cup) or hire the kitchen (bring their own supplies and washing up etc)
• We can arrange a lunch of sandwiches, cake and fruit juice at £6.50 per person
• Room booking must include time needed to set-up the room beforehand and to tidy up afterwards
