Sustainability Stories

item12

Over 18 months a group of Friends in York Area Meeting tried to find out about our response to the challenge of sustainability.

How are Friends changing their lives and reducing our impact on the planet?

The group looked at:
• What our meetings have done.
• What individual Friends are doing in their lives.

They obtained information through questionnaires, phone calls and interviews.

An introduction to the results describes the work and draws some conclusions from the exploration of our responses to the challenge.

It also places our efforts in the context of the coronavirus crisis.

The results of the project are now available on this page in the form of thematic summaries. Some will be shared in our Area Meeting newsletter.

The group would love this to stimulate further discussion.
